Return & Refund Policy

By sending a request via contact@lelunachic.com, you agree to the conditions below. We make these arrangements to ensure that you are fully aware of our remittance and returns techniques and methodologies. These provisions are relevant for local nations (EU).

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 day merchandise exchange, which means you have 30 days after accepting your request to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its unique packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of supply.

B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lelunachic.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted. C. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR PROBLEMS If it is not too much trouble for you, consider your request upon collection and contact us immediately assuming that the thing is inadequate, damaged or, on the other hand, assuming that you get something unacceptable so that we can assess the problem and correct it. To return your item, you must contact our email : contact@lelunachic.com Depending on your place of residence, the time required for your exchanged item to contact you may change. D. EXCHANGES We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective products. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@lelunachic.com E. RESTOCKING FEES We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. F. REFUNDS We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
